WEEKENDS

Soul Weekends are a chance to relax and go on a journey of self-discovery. The aim is that you leave feeling like you've had a fantastic break as well as clearing some of the mist and rain that hampers us all from achieving the things we want. Lizzie and Barbara create a warm and inviting atmosphere, where you will feel at ease with one another and inclined to honestly share your thoughts and feelings. It is a really varied weekend, with plenty of time set aside for relaxation and reflection.

Amongst other locations (to be confirmed) throughout the UK, one venue Lizzie uses for her soul weekends is Bayfield Hall in Norfolk- it takes a long time to find the perfect location. There is a large hall for meditation and a gorgeous dining room, and chill-out room. You can see more photographs of the hall on the Bayfield Hall website.
